Founded by Mr. Mel Johnson, All Pro Backflow, Inc. was established in 1998. In 2008 All Pro Backflow, Inc. was sold to its current owner Mr. Jon Lotito, a graduate of San Diego State University's Business Management program. Before purchasing the company Jon had been a laborer, foreman and superintendent at C&D Contractors where he learned about water systems for 6 years. Since assuming ownership Mr. Lotito has raised the bar of an already reputable company by employing a level of unsurpassed customer service, timely service repairs and reliability that is unprecedented. Jon is a firm believer of preventative maintenance and helping to educate customers so they better understand their backflow device. This helps save customers money and builds lasting relationships.
