Great service, was able to come out the same day to repair my backflow system. I wasn't going to have water until it was repaired. The only reason they aren't getting five stars is there was some miscommunication between the manager and the technician on his ETA. The manager apologized profusely. I would use them in again in an instant.

Fantastic Employees! I haven't worked with this company directly but have a recent experience with one of their employees that says a lot about how they approach service. I got a flat tire on a very busy road during a rainstorm. Rusty, a company employee, saw my situation and turned around to offer assistance. I quickly accepted his kind offer and he had the flat tire changed in about 15 minutes. Really saved the day and was very friendly while doing the work. So, if you're in need of All Pro Backflow's services, I'm confident based on Rusty's approach that they will help solve whatever needs addressing.

When the technicians arrived, I was gardening, and they kindly walked me through their process, which I found very interesting. I've used John and his crew for 10 or more years and they are very professional and get the job done efficiently and cost-effectively. When I get the notice from the local municipality I just send the notice to John and they get the job done.

I have no words for how scary it was for me and my son yesterday. My tire was coming of my car,I made it to the side of the road I could not believe what was happening.I got out of my car and was in a panic trying to get somebody on the phone when a man in a truck asked me if I needed help, I said yes! he got on the phone called the car people, he got a hold of somebody and was just letting them know that I was in danger and that the situation was not okay. He made sure that were safe he helped me drive my car up to a safer spot, he did not hesitate to help a stranger in need. I can't explain the feeling but it meant so much to me that he helped me out! I honestly don't know what I would have done especially because nobody was picking up their phones. As I and my son are sitting there waiting for the tow company to come to get my car he drove up to us and asked if we were okay before he left I said yes I don't know how many times I said thank you to him but I was saying it over and over. THANK YOU JON LOTITO! Thank you for the kind helping hand thank you for making me and my son feel safe!!.

What a great guy Jon is. I got a flat tire on my car, while on my way to school a few weeks ago. It was dark, and he pulled over and fixed my flat tire for me in under 10 minutes. Thank you so much for stopping and helping a complete stranger. Thank you for your kindness Jon.

We had a leak in our backflow and Jon arrived within one hour of me contacting All Pro Backflow. He was honest with what was needed to complete the repairs and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend All Pro Backflow without hesitation.

I have used All Pro Backflow for at lease 5 years. Jon and his crew have always been very professional in every job they have completed for me. On one job where I had a water leak, they had to hand dig 15 feet to get to the broken pipe. They are always very speedy in getting jobs completed. They do all of my annual testing. I am very happy to have Jon and his crew do all of my Backflow work.

What can I say about Jon and his crew with All Pro Backflow. I used their service twice: Appointment: They were prompt in their appointment time. Pretty much came out the next day after I made my service call. Installation: They were able to diagnose what the issue was and knew what values needed and had the proper equipment on hand to repair AND replace the need values required by the county. (they also know a lot of county inspectors and have great relationships with them making inspections REALLY easy for you) COST: I called around to different companies and All Pro Backflow beats them all. Jon, All Pro Backflow makes you feel more relaxed that their job was done right and GREAT GREAT GREAT customer service that cannot be beat!!!. Because of their cost and service they will be servicing my property annually. No more looking around for anyone else. Thanks Jon and crew!!!
